BACK AND READY AND ROARING TO GO!
I finally have my precious little baby back. I am going to start with this update journal on what I've been up to.
I bought some new colorful pens and have been doing a lot of drawing of my original species. I also have others besides these now. I really like drawing with the pens. They have better color then any colored pencils I could find, but allow detail unlike my markers. I can also add shading unlike markers. I hope to add a bunch of my traditional drawings to my scraps then move them to a folder in my gallery.
In other news I went to an ice cream parlor that is within driving distance to get some ice cream and they let me take photos of their garden. They have probably more species of flowers then any place I can take photos of before. They even have a specimen that is a siamese twin version of the flower. They have flowers ranging from very small to very large. Some are types that are common and some I never seen before. I tried to take photos of every flower.
I also took photos of that place where I showed that silhouette but I don't know how well they turned out. I took two exposures for each with bright and with dark. Having seen them in the dark afterwards I probably could have gotten away with one exposure in either +1 expose or regular not needing a second.
I mentioned yesterday about my family picnic. I had a grand time my mom blew everyone's beans away. Most of us just brought deserts. No one brought any meat so it was mostly sidedishes and desert. I only ate rice krispy bars. My mom made some fruit loop bars with the same recipe but fruit loops and basically more people said they were delicious then bars were missing. Which was 1 or 2 bars at most. Like 3 said they liked them. #foodphobiarunsdeep I got lots of exercise but needed my inhaler more then once that day. It was hot like we were cheese melting in the oven.
I have also been watching a lot of world's strongest men competitions in the meantime also. I am totally psyched that the one time world record for the dead lift was like 1180 lbs. Why am I psyched? IT WAS 1,180 lbs OF CHEESE! For those who don't know CRG likes his Cheese and likes it on lots of stuff. A day rarely goes by without CRG eating cheese.
Also for those who try to browse or look at popular art the site is NOT DEAD OR DYING QUICK! The algortithm or whatever is messed up and placing misplaced submissions and unpopular images high up. I don't know if they are working on it or are trying to kill the site but it's a glitch.
I found the most awesome store nearby. It's got everything I need for fun. It's got bird feed and feeders, arts and crafts including my beloved velvet arts, and cool knick knacks. It's also got some candy stuff and does t-shirt printing. It used to be called Ben Franklin's but is now a general art store. They have cool and odd toys, puzzles, and beanie babies as well. They have a smaller but better selection of arts and crafts then walmart. They have stuff to make dolls, jewelry, cloth, yarn, stuff to make bird themed arts and crafts such as feathers, nests, branches, and bird models. Variety of paper, drawing/painting utensils, frames, models, and more.
I am a huge fan of Jon-Paul Sigmarrson. I am also a fan of Brian Shaw naturally but really like Zydrunas Savickas also. I can't stand Marius Pudjianowski he failed a drug test then was allowed back. Hello you have so much time to get off the juice and you didn't. It's obvious the years afterwards he was on roids also. It's a sham that he was allowed back year after year after that. He should be stripped of every championship and move the rest up. Not to mention if they did that Zydrunas Savickas would have surpassed the number he had as Zydrunas got robbed 2 years by that druggy. I also just got spoiled on this years results looking it up. Luckily I will forget by thursday.
I am hoping to do a month recap at the end of this month, a feature soon, and the very belated spring recap mid month next month.
